group training?
There is no need for much explanation you come to know the word
itself performing workout in a group. In
group training there is one personal trainer or instructor. This group might be
small or big depend.
This workout have
been becoming popular in these recent year one is Because it is seen that lots of people don’t want
to spend lots of money on personal training or one on one training
Second it is fun and enjoyable.
E.g. aerobic like cardio machines, spinning, running, swimming, walking, hiking, aerobics classes, dancing, cross country skiing, and kickboxing.
Zumba fitness like hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
Advantages
1 Good for your heart and
lungs
Group training is a cardio. When
you do cardio your heart rate increase this is exercise for your heart and
during such training you start breathing faster this is good for your lungs.
2 cheaper
Group training is comparatively
cheaper than one on one personal training.
3 motivation
Group member and fitness
trainer will motivate you. You will also get motivate by looking at your group
member’s performance and you will try to push hard to be better.
4 fun
Group training is really fun
you can choose whatever you like e.g. Zumba dance, cycling or hiking etc.
5 proper form
.this can be advantage in
small group and disadvantages in large group. In group training trainer keep attention
on you exercise form not only to target right muscle also to prevent injury.
