What is carbohydrate?
Carbohydrate is nutrient which provide energy to our body. We say carbohydrate “carbohydrate” because it contain carbon, hydrogen and water. It is type of sugar which further break down into glucose and flow throughout the blood in the body. the work of glucose is to provide energy.it store in muscle in the form of muscle glicosion.

There are two types of carb they are simple and complex

1) Simple carb
This type of carb break down faster and convert into energy which is not good for health .this type of carb are found in artificial product. In this nutrient value is very less or sometimes there is almost zero nutrient. This types of carb spikes up the insulin level. This fat further convert into the fats. It is not good to take carb more than requirement or less because if we eat more carbs than require body will use the carb as per the requirement of the body and remaining carb body will store that convert into fat or increase the body weight which is not healthy
E.g. baked cake, white bread, white potato, white rice.

2) Complex carb                                                                                           
In this molecular structure is more so it take more time to break down and convert it into energy .this types of carb is very healthy. This types of carb include lots of vitamin, fiber. This carb don’t spike up your insulin level.   
E.g. oat meal, whole grain bread, cereal, brown rice, vegetable, sweet potato, etc.

So eat complex carb and try to reduce as much as possible to eat simple carbs stay fit and live more
