I am explaining this topic because most of the people think that weight loss and fat loss is the same concept. But in reality both the concept is totally different and at last I will give my opinion. 

1 weight loss is just losing of weight it might me in any form it might be water weight, muscle weight or fat weight.
In fat loss it is just losing of pure fats from your body. Not your water weight or muscle weight.

2 weight loss is a short term process within a month you can loss up to 8 to 10 kg.
Fat loss is a long term process you can loss almost 3 to 5 kg of pure fats.

 3 in weight loss no weight training is require only cardio is needed.
Fat loss both is require cardio and weight training.

4 in weight loss you can loss weight by fasting or by caloric deficit.
 In fat loss balance diet is require.

5 in weight loss your body will not look got as you have expected. You will not see the definition in the body.
In fat loss your body will look much better and as per your expectation. Your body will be in the good shape and you will see the definition in the body.

6 in weight loss you can’t make out whether you are losing water weight, muscle weight or fat weight.
In fat loss we can make out by checking our fat percentage of your body.



Now I will give my opinion
According to me weight loss is really bad and not healthy I’ll give an example
If there are two men ‘A’ and ‘B’ with same height and weight. Men ‘A’ is of 100 kg and he loses his weight to 60 kg by following weight loss program and there is another men with ‘B’ 100 kg and he loses his pure fat of 20 kg by following fat loss program he will be of 80 kg. The men ’B’ who followed fat loss program will definitely look better and healthy than ‘A’.

 At the end of this blog I want to give some tips to you guys
1 don’t check your weight often because it will demotivate you if you don’t loss the weight and if you follow fat loss program you don’t even have to check the weight you will see the result yourself in the mirror
2 try to follow fat loss rather than weight loss because weight loss is not healthy and good for health. Suppose you reduce your weight by weight loss and when you again will follow the e regular diet you will again gain the weight.
