What is keto diet?
It is a high fat diet in this diet we include high fats, moderate protein and very less carb. If we look it in ratio form 70 percent of fat, 25 percent of protein and 5 percent of carb.

How this diet work?
So normally our Indian diet is more of carb (simple) which is unhealthy for the body. For human body carb is the main source of the energy. So what happen is when you stop intake of carb in the body our body will not get energy. than our body start running on the fats as we know fats is the secondary source of the energy .when you constantly intake fats your body start going to ketosis where your body mix with fats which is already present In our body and our body use all this fats as a source of the energy and this is how our body loss fat.
I’ll explain this with example
If you don’t have current in your house you will use book or paper as a fan if you are filing hot. Our body is very smart it start using fat as a source of energy when we don’t provide carb to the body.

*So this is the full concept of the keto diet but before starting such diet you need to know some more things about this diet.
1 need to drink lot of water
When you stop taking carb your body will not hold the water. Carb hold the water in the body every hold 3 grams of water. So when you start this diet drink lot of water.

2 take external multi vitamin
When you stop taking carb you will stop getting multi vitamin which we use to get from the carb.so you have to take external multi vitamin.

3 Reduce the digestion
All the carb food content fiber which is good for digestion so when you stop taking carb your digestion system will get slow. So try to eat more vegetable so that you can get fiber.

4 Keto flu
During keto diet you might feel sick or feel like not well this happens because your metabolism are changes means sifting.

5 less carb
During keto diet we eat very less carb or almost no carb you’ll can’t eat rice, bread all the sugar and also milk. If you eat that your body will come to normal stat.

* The last point your body will at least take one week to go into the ketosis mode
