HIIT- high intensity interval training it is also known as high intensity intermediate exercise.

HIIT is a type of cardio vascularity. In cardio you do continuous workout for 25 to 30 min but in HIIT you do high intensity workout for few second and take an interval or break for few second.

E.g. you sprint for 20 second and take rest for 20 second and do it for 15 to 20 minutes .otherwise sprint for 20 second, walk for 20 second and take rest for 20 second because when you sprint and suddenly take rest is not good. Slowly bring your heart rate down.

For HIIT training you can do any exercise which take you heart rate to 85 to 90 percent
If you don’t put your full effort’s you will not gain the result. You have to give your 100 percent during that 15 to 20 minutes.

Some important point about HIIT training
Ø Do HIIT training for maximum 15 to 20 minute not more than that.

Ø Convenient means you can so it at home, garden, park, hotel or beach anywhere as per your need.

Ø Do it for 3 days per week.

Ø It is good for your heart and help to burn your fat.

Ø Never over do HIIT training.

Ø Give time to your body to recover.

Ø HIIT training last for 48 hours after you are done with your HIIT training.

Advantages

Good for heart and lungs
When you do HIIT your heart rate will go high that is good exercise for your heart and during that time you start breathing faster that’s exercise for your lungs. It keep your heart young and healthy.

Convenient
In this busy world no one have time to do exercise for 1 or 2 hour. For HIIT training you only require 15 to 20 minutes and you can do it anywhere like home, hotel, park or garden.

Burn your fats
The training last at least for 48 hour. When you do HIIT training your body will use glucose from your body as an energy after glucose get over from the body start utilizing your fats as a source of the energy.

Overdoing
You should do HIIT training for 15 to 20 minutes and 3 times a weak. Otherwise if you overdo it your body will not get time to recovery.
You will get injury and muscle fatigue if you don’t give time to recover your body. And also reduce your positive stress respond.
